DAVID GIULIANO  is a dedicated, determined and strategic individual with decades of experience in conflict resolution, professional coaching and leadership development. After a highly successful, 25-year career in the automotive industry, David realized he had a gift for conflict resolution and remaining calm in the most impossible situations, so he pursued a new career as a professional business and life coach.  After receiving his certification through The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), David became a master at helping clients resolve even the most difficult of issues. He has thrived in this environment, seeming to like the most challenging predicaments the most.

In 2008, David founded his next venture, Without Boundaries Coaching, Inc and successfully served hundreds of business professionals and small to mid-size companies with conflict resolution and business expansion support. His coaching practice was built not on theory but largely from a lifetime of boots-on-the-ground business experience. Mediation being the most gratifying part of his work he decided to focus re-brand and created Giuliano Mediation & Consulting LLC. His Mediation training comes from Cornell University’s Scheinman Institute of Conflict Resolution.

David published his first book, Choose Connection, in 2015 and is working on his second, book intitled Heal Grow Change which will be available in Early 2022.
